USPAA Trustee Charvy Parra ’89 is at the helm of the Board’s “Spreadlight” initiative which helps bring the Upsilon fellowship to the doorsteps of our fraternity brothers who are suffering from illness and other issues.

This year, the Spreadlight team organized visits with Hans Groot '63 on February 5, Mon Maronilla '66 on February 6, Eli Ilano '57 on April 13 and Sonny Villariba '66 on July 31st. Sadly, fellow Mon '66 passed away on February 23. Brods Hans, Eli and Sonny are recovering or have recovered from their illness. A planned visit with brod Amang Liamzon '56 did not occur as he passed away before the scheduled visit on March 2, 2023. Several brods attended his wake and visited with his family, we are sharing the pictures here. May he rest in eternal peace.
