Fellow 𝗗𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗘. 𝗬𝗮𝗻𝗴 '𝟭𝟱 has been chosen as the representative of the Philippines to the European Union’s Global Youth Sounding Board.

The EU Youth Sounding Board is composed of 25 driven individuals coming from all over the world, representing different advocacies. As a member of the Youth Sounding Board, Fellow Dexter will advise the EU International Partnerships headquarters, making sure that its programs are relevant and impactful to young people.

Fellow Dexter is the Founder and Board Chairperson of GoodGovPH, a youth-led movement dedicated to upholding good governance in Philippine society. Under his leadership, GoodGovPH was recognized as a National Winner in the 18th Search for the 2020 Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) Awards. In 2021, Fellow Dexter was conferred the Outstanding Young Leader in Philanthropy Award by Global Philanthropic. In 2022, he was also chosen as a member of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime’s (UNODC) YouthLED Integrity Advisory Board. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in public administration from UP Diliman in 2019. Dexter is presently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at the UP College of Law.
