The Upsilon Sigma Phi congratulates 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗿 "𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗼" 𝗜. 𝗨𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵 and Fellow 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗗. 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 for being elected President and Internal Vice President, respectively, of the UP Law Student Government (LSG), as well as Fellow 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗚𝗶𝗼 𝗝. 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 for being elected Chairperson of the UP Los Baños University Student Council (UPLB USC).

The LSG is the official student government of the UP College of Law while the UPLB USC is the highest official student representative body of UP Los Baños. As per their respective mandates, Dr. Vico and Fellow Luis along with Fellow Gio shall lead by formulating and implementing policy decisions that promote the welfare and interests of UP Law and UP Los Baños students.

From 2020 to 2021, Vico was a medical examiner at Health Metrics, Inc., a medical diagnostics laboratory based in Makati. Prior to becoming LSG President, he served as the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Evening Representative to the LSG from 2021 to 2022 and as LSG Treasurer from 2022 to 2023. Vico is concurrently a policy associate at ImagineLaw, Inc., a public interest law group working for people's health and welfare.

He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from UP Diliman in 2014. Vico then obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the UP College of Medicine in 2020. He subsequently passed the November 2020 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE). Vico is presently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at the UP College of Law.

From 2020 to 2022, Gio held various positions at Kilos Ko Youth, a service-oriented organization formed by young leaders from different sectors of Filipino society. Prior to becoming UPLB USC Chairperson, he served as the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Representative to the UPLB USC from 2021 to 2022 and as UPLB USC Vice Chairperson from 2022 to 2023. He is presently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at UP Los Baños.

From 2017 to 2021, Luis was a member of the UP Junior Marketing Association, a university-wide organization based in the UP Diliman Cesar E. A. Virata School of Business. He was then a research assistant under Atty. Hector M. De Leon Jr. in 2022. Prior to becoming LSG Internal Vice President, he served as the Second Year Batch Representative to the LSG in 2023.

He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UP Diliman in 2021. Luis is presently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at the UP College of Law.
