Upsilonians Vie for Sangguniang Kabataan Posts
Four Upsilonians are running as chairpersons in the upcoming Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections. The SK elections will be held on October 30, 2023 as part of the nationwide barangay elections.
The SK chairperson heads the youth council and automatically serves as an ex officio member of the Sangguniang Barangay, together with the seven elected councilors of each barangay.
The four Upsilonians running are as follows:
Dewin C. Banquiles 2021 for SK Chairperson of Maitim, Bay, Laguna
Zoilo Arthym C. Belano III 2021 for SK Chairperson of Batong Malake, Los Baños, Laguna
John Nathaneal U. Galliguez 2022 for SK Kagawad of Poblacion Zone 2, San Quintin, Pangasinan.
Jonas Angelo L. Abadilla 2023 for SK Chairperson of Brgy. Buli, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
