The Upsilon Sigma Phi congratulates Capt. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 "𝗥𝗔" 𝗗. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵 MC for being awarded Company Grade Medical Corps Officer of the Year by the AFP Health Service Command—Victoriano Luna Medical Center on September 5, 2024. The award recognizes exemplary dedication and outstanding contributions to the unit's mission.

Fellow RA has held several leadership positions, including President of the Technical Administrative Service Military Orientation Course CL 18-21 (2021), Ex Orbe Medicvs at UERMMMC (2016-2017), and the Nursing Central Board of Students at UST (2014-2015). He also served as National Medical Education Chairperson (2017-2018), National Finance Officer (2016-2017), and National Auditor (2015-2016) of the Association of Philippine Medical Colleges-Student Network. He has received the Quezon Leadership Award from the University of Santo Tomas (2015) and the JCI Youth Leadership Excellence Award (2011). From 2010 to 2014, RA also served as Chairperson of the Sangguniang Kabataan in Daang Amaya 1, Tanza, Cavite.

He completed his Post Graduate Medical Internship at UP-PGH in 2020, serving as President of the Post Graduate Medical Interns (2019-2020). He is currently a Fourth-Year Resident at the AFP Medical Center's Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Science, where he also serves as Ward Officer, Assistant Admin Officer, and Chief Resident (2023).
